Search Terms
When a name, location, or other search term is entered into a partner search tool, that query is sent to the third-party provider operating the tool. Allen County Inmate Population does not keep its own log of those search terms. The provider's own privacy terms control what happens after the query leaves this site.
Messages
If you send an email or other direct message, the information in that message may be kept long enough to read it, respond, and handle related follow-up. We do not share contact messages outside our organization unless a valid legal requirement makes disclosure necessary.

Once you leave this site, the outside website's own privacy policy and terms apply. Ohio Public Records Act pages, including ORC 149.43 resources, are government sources with their own access rules.
Advertising partners may use their own systems to recognize activity across websites and show interest-based ads. That tracking is handled by those partners, not by Allen County Inmate Population's own records.
